last day of DTS

Today is our last day as DTS students. Tonight we have a graduation dinner to wrap everything up. After a few days of debriefing, I’ve pinpointed ways I’ve grown and look forward to sharing those with you. Here are two: I will say that this has been a successful step in understanding what it means to be on the mission field. That didn’t necessarily come from my personal experience, but in talking with people who have been serving in Europe for many years. I also have a deeper love for Austria. Even when we were in Serbia I had a stronger desire to learn German than Serbian. I’m praying about what it looks like to come back.

Well, I have a few things to prepare for our last morning, so I need to go.

Tra’Cee is here! She made it, and is asleep downstairs. I’m not sure when I’ll see her this morning, but she got here safely. Thanks for your prayers!! I’ll post pictures early next week of our adventures.

Blessings to all!
