Will my life fit in a Toyota Corolla?

Everything is in piles all over my room, in our living room, and even in our garage. How do you pack up life and try to fit it in a Toyota Corolla?

I’m not sure. But I’m going to try.

Five years ago I was headed back to the transplant hospital because I was very sick. And in God’s amazing redemption, this weekend, I begin my journey west to California to start a new adventure at Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology. This new season will be about acquiring more tools so I can better journey with others through mentoring and discipling, especially in the areas of prayer, intimacy with God, and the Holy Spirit’s work of transforming us to look more and more like Jesus. I also desire to better understand and be equipped to teach the Bible, maybe even in a Bible-college setting someday.

What’s the goal? The dream for the future?

Vienna. I hope to return to my second home and use this education to be a part of what God is doing in this city that has captured my heart. Want to hear more about this? Subscribe here in the top right-hand corner of this webpage to be on the inside with a monthly e-newsletter.

This is a huge step for me. And I ask that you would join me in prayer. I so want to get back to walking through my book/journey with you. I still have dreams for that. And I’m not sure what this blog will look like as I begin school. But I have dreams for that, too.

There are already amazing God stories in merely getting to this place, and you better believe I’m trying to record and journal as much as I can because maybe the Tandem Living book will have a sequel someday. You never know!

So, all that to say, Are you ready for a new adventure?

Will you join me?
