I called the doctor this morning and they told me that the biopsy results showed I have a type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. I asked if they had any specific information and they said no, and that I would find out more after meeting with the oncologist. I almost started laughing because I was expecting specific information and what they told me over the phone was something I pretty much already knew.
The oncologist’s office called this morning and I have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. So, I’ll let you know as I find out more. Thank you for your prayers and for the scriptures you’ve sent me in cards and e-mails. And thank you S. for the yummy goodies from T.J.’s. 😉
Well, I guess I’m learning to have a child-like faith because the song that keeps playing in my head is the Veggie Tales “God is Bigger than the Boogie Man.” As silly as it sounds it’s reassuring to know He’s bigger.
All problems are made better by a Veggie Tales soundtrack!
